I was reading AOL news today and I saw something that was rather interesting. According to the American Psychological Association, long-term stress is at an all-time high. It's especially pervasive among women: Over 80 percent report feeling prolonged stress about money and the economy, and 70 percent say they're often worried about health problems affecting themselves and their families. Women worry way too much!
